At Shannon Jewelers, we appreciate the opportunity to serve you and we strive to make your experience as convenient, affordable and secure as possible.
Order Processing for Delivery
All orders are processed within one business day. Items we have in stock and ready to ship will be shipped within one business day. “Design Your Own” engagement rings will require up to three days to process and ship. Special order items, custom requests, resized, or engraved items will require additional processing time. Please contact us to inquire about processing times for any specific service.
Shipping Address & Signature
Shannon Jewelers will ship your product to the billing address that is associated with your credit card. As a fraud protection measure, we do not normally ship to a different address. An exception can be made only if you contact your credit card company and add the alternate address to your card account. Please understand that if your credit card company does not have your desired shipping address on file, we cannot ship to that address.
Shipments from Shannon Jewelers also must be signed for in person. This is for our mutual protection. Please be available to provide the signature yourself. When a third party at your home signs for the package, Shannon Jewelers cannot be responsible for claims of lost, missing, or damaged goods. If signing in person is impractical for you, we suggest that you make arrangements with your local FedEx location to pick it up there at your convenience.
